    A brief history: The DeMeritt Agency was established in the late 1800's by Frank DeMeritt. His son John DeMeritt took ownership in 1932, and was president until 1968. The DeMeritt Family was an integral part of the history and growth of the Town of Exeter for over half a century. We are now an affliate of Cross Agency, Bangor, Maine since October 1, 2008.

                                                                                             Merged with us now in our office are the Insurance Pros, Salisbury Agency, and Dwight Crow Agency.

Our office is located in the beautiful historic district.
