Commercial Policies
Property &
Liability on commercial business, are written under separate policies,
or as a Package policy. Package policies can combine many different
types of coverage based on what the business needs.
Building and business personal property
coverage, also called contents coverage, protects your buildings and
equipment, stock, furniture and fixtures. Some policies include
breakdown and business income coverage. Theft of money, computer
equipment, may also be included under package policies.
There are many liabilities to cover for
businesses. Business liability may protect you from claims arising from
customers injuring themselves on your property or while using your
products. Other items that could be covered: damage to others'
property; advertising; premises operations; fire; legal liability and
related legal defense costs.
